Access the platform only for legitimate business purposes.
Ensure security and confidentiality of their login credentials.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Share, transfer, or misuse login credentials.
Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Engage in activities that harm, disrupt, or degrade the platform’s performance.
Store or distribute illegal, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access, and potentially legal action.
Reporting Violations
Suspected violations must be reported promptly to Haven via email at info@havenworkplace.com.
Updates to the Policy
This document is subject to change. This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the Haven Proposal. No separate signature is required; acceptance of this policy is confirmed through execution of the Proposal.
